Wire transfer with banks (SWIFT)

Wire transfers allow for money to be sent from one bank account to another oversea bank account. It takes 3-5 business days.  

When doing a SWIFT transfer you can expect to pay a transaction fee that is charged by your bank, and an exchange rate fee. Please make sure that this costs are charged on your side and do not reduce the amount which arrives at our account.

Wise - free

Accepted Answer

Transfer via www.wise.com

Wise is the most cost-effective and fast way to send money overseas. No sign-up fee, very good exchage rates and comfortable accessible via computer or mobile app.

Basic steps:

Normaly we will send you an payment link with the requested amount. You just need to follow the link and will be guided through the process.
Register with email, Google, Facebook, or Apple account
Select „Send Money“ and input the transfer details (amount and destination)
Complete with our bank account details (see above)
Select „Travel expenses“ as reason for the transfer
Load your wise account via bank account or credit card

If you face issues with payments via wise.com (example from India):

Wise may not support conversions from your currency to Thai Baht (yet). In that case we have 2 solutions:

Use a workaround: Insert all our bank details as recipient. Choose GBP (Great Britain Pound) as the currency you like to send to our THB account. Wise will deposit GBP from your credit card, exchange it to Thai Baht and send it to our account. You will need to specify the GBP amount, for the current exchange calculation you can use google search: „xxx thb In gbp“
You can send USD or INR to our wise account, but we need to add 3% fee to cover the exchange costs on our side.

Question 3

Cash - free

Accepted Answer

We accept cash payments at Royal Phuket Marina or can arrange
deposit pickups at your hotel (free for amounts over 25,000 THB).
Balances may be paid in cash upon boarding.
You can also visit the nearest bank to deposit cash directly into our account, as most ATMs offer this service.

Note: Payments are accepted in THB; other currencies require prior confirmation and may incur an exchange fee.

Question 4

Credit card +3.5%

Accepted Answer

We accept credit card payments with ease and security. We will send you a payment link with which you can send money comfortable and safe. The payment is processed by a certified service provider. For the payment processing we have to add 3.5% to the total price.

As it takes more than 7 days for us to access the money, all payments over 60,000 THB must be made at least 7 days before departure. If you would like to pay your balance at the time of boarding, please pay in cash.

Question 5

Paypal / Stripe +4,5%

Accepted Answer

Paypal and Stripe are convenient and fast payment provider, which allow also payments via credit card, Apple & Google Pay etc. and exchange currencies.

However, they charge us as the recipient a high fee. Therefore we need to add this fee (4,5%) to your bill.
